Our posting days are Tuesday & Thursday
We post in the afternoon so once you have paid for your item through Paypal we will post as soon as is humanly possible to package the parcel and get it to the post office on our next posting day.
Usually, if you pay Tuesday morning at 9:00am, your parcel will be posted Tuesday afternoon.
If you pay by Thursday morning at 9:00am, then you should expect your parcel to be posted on Thursday afternoon.
We will email all customers once their parcels have been posted.
During holiday periods, we will obviously try to keep to our regular posting schedule, but there will be occasions when this will not be possible and we apologise for any inconvenience or delay in receiving goods at these times.
We will advise on our listings when any delays may be possible due to staff shortages. You will still be able to purchase items, Cheque and Paypal payments can still be made to purchase items whilst our eBay staff are not available for any reason (holidays, illness etc) but as mentioned before there will be delays in posting goods. We will be unable to answer emails during these times as we do not have email or internet access at our depot. Therefore guy at the depot will not necessarily be able to help. Where he is able, he will give advice, but he will be dealing with face to face retail sales and will not know what is still available in the eBay shop, neither will he necessarily know the prices of these items so please do not ask.
