| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Goods should be returned within 7 days. Buyer to pay return postage. Only faulty goods will ensure a refund. Be sure what you bid on is the part you require as refunds will not be given for items bought in error. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes wherever possible we will try to save on postage costs for our customers when more than one item is purchased. However, customers MUST ask for combined postage BEFORE making payment. We will not refund overpaid postage once it has been paid. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:If payment is made through PayPal - we will endeavour to post goods within 3 working days. Cheque payments(from UK customers only)- goods will be posted once cheques clear. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:This will be dependant on weight & size of the goods purchased. P&P will be shown wherever possible in listings. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes where practical to do so. Overseas customers should check with us first before bidding on larger items. |
| Q:Are all your goods new? |

| A:No, a detailed description will be given wherever possible including whether an item is new or second hand. |
| Q:It says you ship to my country but I only see postage costs to UK. How do I find my postage costs? |

| A:Click on the more information link and find your country then update, this will give postage costs for your country. If this does not show then email us. |
| Q:Can I collect my item personally? |

| A:Yes, we will remove postage from your costs and once you let us know when you are coming we will ensure your item is ready for collection. |
| Q:Can I pay by card but not through Paypal? |
|
| A:Yes,call the depot on 01952 550391 & say you wish to make a card payment for an ebay item.Give your Ebay ID & say what you're paying for & ask the guy at the depot to advise the ebay team of the payment.You must know the correct amount including postage.Please do not ask the guy on the phone how much you have to pay, he wont know. |
