If you are purchasing more than 1 item, you MUST ask for combined postage before making payment. There have been a few occasions where a glitch in ebay has allowed payment for multiple purchases, but has only charged postage for one. This usually means too little is paid to cover postage and packaging materials. Please be aware that if this occurs in future and there is too little P&P paid, your money will either be refunded and you will be re-invoiced the correct sum or you will be asked to pay the extra before your goods are posted. Obviously, this will cause a delay in posting, you are therefore advised to ask for combined postage in the first place to avoid disappointment. We are sorry to have to do this, but we cannot afford to absorb unpaid amounts as we have so far. It is also in your favour to ask for combined postage as we will no longer discount postage retrospectively after payment has been made.
