Cheques and eCheques are subject to clearance before goods are dispatched.
Cheque payments declined by our bank for any reason will result in banking charges being passed onto the buyer.
Items paid for via PayPal can only be delivered to the registered PayPal address.
A buyer may request an alternative delivery address but this needs to be done prior to purchase and
confirmed in the 'message to seller' section when making payment via PayPal.
We accept eCheque payments via PayPal, though goods are retained until notification of payment clearance is received.
We ONLY accept PAYPAL from International customers.
We ONLY accept cash for collected items.
Payment terms are strictly 7 days from time/date of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Disputes are automatically filed after 7 days.
We reserve the right to re-list goods after 7 days upon non receipt of payment.
DELIVERY
We only deliver using signed for delivery services as this is the most secure method for distribution of goods.
Delivery times quoted are not guaranteed as this remains outside of our control.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit we are more than happy to issue a replacement providing stock levels allow.
Where stock is unavailable a full refund will be issued.
We require a buyer to wait 15 working days before reporting.
Items damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately via eBay message service.
The buyer is to retain all original packaging for inspection.
Where the packing has been lost or destroyed payments against claims for damages may not be possible.
We may require the item to be returned, with original packaging and will refund the buyers postage cost upon receipt.
Once received and providing stock levels allow a full refund or replacement item will be issued.
Should an item be deemed as unsuitable or unwanted we will issue a refund so long as
the goods are returned in original listed condition at the buyers cost within 14 days of receipt.
We are unable to refund any of the original or return postage costs and
recommend that all goods being returned are suitably packaged, dispatched using traceable means and
are insured accordingly.
We offer no responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
Without exception all items are well wrapped and thoroughly checked before dispatch.
We DO NOT charge a re-stocking fee for returned items.
We do not sell to those who hold similar stock or have access to the same suppliers.
