Un-Crossed Postal Orders.
Postal orders have to be un-crossed as due to other work commitments I never have chance to get to the bank so I will not accept any postal orders that are crossed.
SORRY BUT NO CHEQUES OR BANKERS DRAFTS CAN BE ACCEPTED DUE TO THE SAME REASON AS ABOVE!
Postage Details.
I post all of my items within 24/48 hours of a cleared payment. Unless other arrangements are made with my buyer.
Items which are purchased/won on a Friday and paid for after 1.30pm will not be posted until the following Monday. The same applies for any items purchased/won on a Saturday/Sunday.
COLLECTION ALWAYS WELCOME ON ANY ITEM TO SAVE ON POSTAGE. PLEASE JUST EMAIL OR RING ME TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS.
Most of my items are sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery to U.K and Royal Mail Standard Airmail to the rest of the world, unless otherwise stated in my individual auctions. If you want your item to be tracked Recorded delivery or International Signed for delivery is included as optional.
All heavy items posted via Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Parcelforce delivery has suitable compensation included in postage cost depending on the items value.
PROOF OF POSTAGE IS ALWAYS OBTAINED NO MATTER HOW MY ITEMS ARE POSTED.
Not happy with your item(s)??
In the very un-likely event you are not pleased with your item PLEASE contact me by phone or email before leaving feedback or involving ebay/paypal (as suggested by ebay themselves). This way we can sort the problem between us whatever it may be without the added aggravation of claims and disputes. I will resolve any problems at all quickly and efficently.
Claims for items lost in the post.
Luckily I have only ever had 3 items sent get lost in the post in a full year of selling on ebay. But in the un-lucky event that any item does go missing once posted here is my policy.
Royal Mail will not accept any claims for losses until 15 days after an item is posted so I ask all my buyers to wait until this time is up before we can proceed with a claim.
If items are of little value you will be refunded straight away. Or have the option of purchasing another item of similar value out of my shop to be posted as a replacement.
Items of higher value I cannot refund until the claim is fully finalised with Royal Mail as I have luckily had a few items appear once a claim is filed as they have been sat in sorting offices waiting to be picked up. This can take a while but I keep you fully informed and provide proof of postage and claim etc etc. And once the claim is finalised a refund will be issued immediately.
Returns.
I accept returns on all of my items, all I ask is they are back with me 7 days after you received them. But rest assured I have never had an item returned to me in the year I have been selling as all my items are described to the very best of my ability as you can clearly see in my feedback, but should there be any problems at all returns are accepted and refunds given immediately.
