Payments:
- Payment of orders by UK cheque, Postal Order, Credit or Debit card (Nochex, Google or Paypal) is acceptable at all times.
Returns and Refunds:

If an order is cancelled up to the time of its despatch, a full refund will be given.

Unwanted items can be returned within 7 days after delivery and will be refunded as long as they are unused, undamaged, re-saleable and returned in their original packaging. There is a handling fee of £1.99 for these items.

Damaged items will be refunded or replaced only if you notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt of item. Photograpic proof of damage will need to be provided when notifying us in the email notification of the damage.

Faulty items will be refunded or replaced if returned within within 14 days of delivery in suitable packaging to prevent further damage.

ilove-animals.com will not be responsible for postage costs of returning items unless they are faulty or damaged.

Goods can only be returned once authorisation has been given by ilove-animals.com.
