We offer no-questions-asked refunds if the goods are returned in their new/unopened state within 14 days of purchase (UK Based), or 30 days (rest of world) for both faulty and non-faulty goods. We do not offer refunds after this period (unless pre-agreed), but we do offer an exchange service based on our guarantee period. All cases come with a lifetime guarantee (subject to conditions), and electronic items 1 year.
When returning stock please complete a Returns Authorisation Form (below). Goods return without the correct documentation will be subject to processing delay.
Faulty Goods
If the item appears faulty within 1 year of receipt you will need to return it to us so that we can send a replacement.
Non-defective earphones cannot be returned once opened (for hygiene reasons).
Unwanted Goods
Under the Distance Selling Act, within 14 days these can be returned for a full refund (less £2.50 handling fee) for any reason. After 14 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted goods, or to charge a discretionary re-stocking fee of £2.50 or 7% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater. We will gladly however swap the unwanted goods for other items.
Postage
We pride ourselves on a free domestic UK (uninsured) return service. However to ensure we receive them, we recommend that all returned items must be sent by recorded post, as we are not responsible for un-received goods. The cost of returning items recorded is the responsibility of the customer. You should always contact us if you are unsure if you can return an item to us. Returns must be accompanied by the return form. Failure to use the return form as specified in our T&C, will forfeit your right to any compensation. We aim to process returns within 10 days. We will at our discretion, for goods that are returned between 14-30 days unused / unopened, offer an exchange service - exceptions may apply, please obtain approval first. This extended period is to cover non-UK sales. For goods being returned from outside the UK, the customer must bear the full cost of this.
