Returns & Refunds

Returns: If for any reason you are not happy with the item/s you have purchased, please feel free to send it back within 14 days of receiving the goods and we will be happy to refund your money, refunds take approx 7 days to process so please be patient. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable . If you have received a faulty item this must be reported with 3 days of receipt. If shipping is free a £3 fee for UK and £5.95 for international will be deducted to cover postage and ebay fees) (item/s must be unused to qualify for a refund,)

Instructions for refunds

Please send back item/s with a cover note explaining that you would like a refund or exchange, you must include your full name, address, user ID, e-mail and send to The Studio, Kingsway Court, Queens Gardens, Hove, BN3 2LP. It is mandatory that you provide this information for us to locate your sale.

Instructions for exchanges

If you want to exchange your item/s the same process goes for refunds (shown above). NOTE you will have to arrange a £2 to cover P+P + Any extra money for a more expensive item. Please e-mail us before you send the exchange item/s to arrange how to send any extra payment. If the item is less you will need to calculate the difference including the £2 re postage fee.
