No QUIBBLES returns policy. Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods
Step 1
- Go to your "won" items
Step 2
- On the far right (where it says "leave feedback") you will see a drop down menu arrow
Step 3
- Click that and you will see an option to "return this item"
Step 4
- Enter the details (the return address will be shown)
Step 5
- Package up the item securely, unused and in original packaging (unless faulty) with a note stating your Ebay ID and a brief reason for return
Step 6
- The item MUST be returned by RECORDED Delivery.
You the customer are responsible for this cost and it is non refundable unless the item is faulty.
Step 7
- We will issue a full refund to your PayPal account once the item has been received in perfect and unused condition
