RETURNS POLICY
This policy applies to all circumstances other than where goods are reported as damaged within 48 hours of receipt by the consumer.
PLEASE NOTE - FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR WIND INSTRUMENTS INCLUDING PITCH PIPES, RECORDERS AND HARMONICAS FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN PHYSICAL DAMAGE INCURRED DURING DELIVERY.
Harrier Guitars Limited complies with the regulations in force within the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334), E-Commerce Regulations 2002 (SI 2002 No. 2013) and Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) (Amendment) Regulations 2005.
These regulations state inter-alia that:
"A consumer may restore the goods to the supplier at their own cost should the contract be cancelled under the regulatory 7 day cooling off period" - which we accept as being 7 working days from the day following that on which the goods were received by the consumer.
On cancellation of the contract the consumer is under a duty to restore the goods to the supplier in 'as new' condition and until that time to take reasonable care of them.
Consumers wishing to return the goods supplied should send them and all product packaging in 'as new' condition to the address of Harrier Guitars Limited as shown on the goods invoice together with a copy of the original delivery documentation.
It is a condition of the contract that return of goods is at the cost of the consumer.
Upon receipt of the goods in 'as new' condition and undamaged product packaging thereof the supplier will reimburse to the consumer the full cost paid for the goods less any part therof which has to be replaced as should theitem have been used or tested. this includes guitar strings, batteries etc.
Should the goods be returned in a condition other than 'as new', we reserve the right to refund only the market value of the item.
GUARANTEE

Harrier Guitars Limited guarantee all their products against failure caused by sub-standard workmanship during the manufacturing process for the period of one calendar year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
The guarantee may be exercised by the product's original purchaser only.
Our guarantee does not cover parts that wear or degrade in the course of their normal use nor damage caused by misuse, abuse or inadequate storage.
Guarantees may be exercised by returning the product to Harrier Guitars Limited within twelve months of the purchase date shown on the invoice by post or courier at the purchaser's cost together with ownership details and proof of purchase. Harrier Guitars Limited cannot be held responsible for damage caused during carriage of the product to us. We strongly recommend that the package is fully insured by the owner prior to dispatch.
After inspection should the opinion of Harrier Guitars Limited be that the damage was caused by flawed workmanship during the manufacturing process the failed part of the product will be either repaired to a satisfacory condition or the product replaced and returned to the product's owner.
Should Harrier Guitars Limited decide that the damage was caused by reasons other than manufacturing defects the product will be returned to the owner at the owner's cost.
