IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM ROYAL MAIL In many parts of the UK, mail services are continuing to operate normally. In some parts of the country however, heavy snowfall and ice is affecting our ability to deliver and collect mail normally. We are continuing to make every effort to maintain normal mail services wherever it is safe and possible to do so. We appreciate how important it is to collect mail and deliver to customers at this time of year and are doing everything we can to do this as quickly and normally as possible including delivering mail over the weekend. Deliveries and collections in most parts of the UK are taking place as usual today. In some rural parts of the country snow and ice has made roads dangerous and access for our people and vans difficult. Where this is the case, we will restore normal services as quickly as we possibly can.
