Payment Options
We offer 4 payment methods that we can accept:
1, Call us - Call us on 01636 676909 we can process card payments over the phone with you and check all details relating to your order.
2, Paypal - This is the safe online method of paying for your dresses by Debit or credit card, to use paypal please us the “Buy it Now” buttons.
The payment process is instant and it allows us to despatch your dresses instantly or put them into production quicker. Upon a successful transaction you will receive e-mail confirmation of your order.
If you have trouble using paypal call us and we will be able to process your order over the phone.
3, Bank Transfer - If you are used to using online banking, then we are able to assist with bank transfers, if you can please contact us to advise us of your requirements, we will place the items into reserve for 7 days for stock items and advise you of our details to assist you with an online transfer. Transfers take approx. 4 days to arrive with us and once cleared we shall email you to confirm despatch of your item(s) or to forward order acknowledgments and swatches for special make items.
4, In store payment - In store payment methods are by way of a 50% deposit at the time of order for non stocked items, the balance of the account is to be settled prior to any alterations being made on your gown. Full terms and conditions of sale are provided at the time of your purchase. for stocked items full payment is required at the time of collecting your goods.
