How
long have I got?
If you are not 100% delighted with your purchase you may return you
purchase within 7 days of receipt or maximum of 14 days from the date
on your company Sales Receipt which is supplied with your item.
Used items do not qualify.
Is
there a Surcharge?
Upon safe return we will refund you the purchase price less a 10% re-stocking
fee (which also covers our time to test and reconfigure each component
of the system). Also our initial delivery/postage charge will not be
refunded as we have incurred the delivery charge on your behalf when
we dispatched the item.
Who
pays the return postage?
It is your sole responsibility for the safe return of the item in an
'unused' and 'as new' condition. Please ensure you package the item
to avoid damage in transit as in the unlikely event that items are missing
or damaged they will charged for at the individual selling price.
We do not offer a trial service and must stress returned items must be unused and still the 'as new' condition. Any signs or indication of usage will invalidate your 7 day money back return guarantee and we will not honor any refund or the return delivery costs.
What
postage method should you use?
We strongly advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery.
How
long will the refund take?
We normally refund the outstanding balance within 72 hours.
