All products bought from Gadget-Asia come with extended 18 months warranty, from the date when you receive your order. When customers receive the package, they are suggested to inspect the item(s) immediately. If customers suspect the items to be defective, please send us an email within 24 hours. We will investigate whether it is caused by any other third parties factors. Please refer to the following for what is covered by warranty.
What is covered?
- Parts and labor cost to the repair of a manufacture defect or fault of production, which resulted the product, not functions according to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Parts and labor cost in relate to the repair of the unit.
Exclusion
- Consumable like batteries and films are not covered by warranty.
- Wear and Tear.
- Damage cause by impact, act of war or terrorism, fire, theft, attempted theft, accidental or malicious damage, vandalism, corrosion, water contamination or ingress, frost, flooding or other adverse weather conditions.
- Because you have not used, stored or handled the product properly; or because you are in breach of the terms in this warranty or the contract terms; or not followed instructions by the manual; or damage or defect due to willful neglect by anyone other than us.
- The loss of quality, degradation of performance or actual damage that results from the use of spare parts or other replaceable items; such as consumables; that are either made nor recommended by manufacturer.
- Because you have connected or installed other fittings or accessories that are not recommended by manufacturer.
- Because of faults caused by shock of fall, dust, dirt, sand, damp or corrosion, leaky batteries, or any repair by unauthorized personnel.
Returns
If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 2 days after receipt of the purchased item. Only faulty items can be returned. The shipping cost of the returned goods and the successful delivery of the returned goods to Gadget-Asia is responsibility of the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty. This also applies to returned goods under warranty. Gadget-Asia will not accept any liability for returned goods that have gone lost or damaged during transit therefore Gadget-Asia always recommends all customers to return the goods via insured and track-able service with your courier.
