Customers can choose the delivery between Hong Kong Express Airmail Service (Recorded Signed For) or FedEx. We offer a very competitive rate for al FedEx delivery; please contact our customer service if you need the package urgently.

Customer will be notified by email from our website gadget-asia.com once the package has been dispatched. Tracking information will be available for all items that shipping insurance has been paid. Your eBay purchase will be assigned with an order number from gadget-asia.com. With the account log-in information provided in the email, you can find the tracking number for you purchase and expect the approximate delivery time.

All items will be dispatched within 24 hours after payment being received. Delivery usually takes around 3-5 working days by FedEx; whereas it will take around 8-14 working days by Hong Kong Express Airmail Service (Recorded Signed For). We are not liable for unexpected delay caused by customs or courier which is out of our control. All dispatched orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

There will be NO shipping discounts unless stated otherwise. Shipping fee includes all handling fees such as cost of materials, human resources, stocking fees, time and travel costs to post the items. It isn't just the cost of the stamps on the package.

Gadget-Asia will not be responsible for any loss packages unless shipping insurance is paid. We will only send replacement items once courier confirms the item is lost.
