If any item sold by us is found to be not as described, not fit for purpose, wrong size or defective in any way the item must be returned within seven days.

If required a replacement will be sent out within five working days (subject to stock availability) and we will pay all related delivery and return costs incurred by the buyer. If you do not require a replacement a full refund will be made on receipt of goods.

If the wrong item or wrong size is ordered by the buyer we will not be liable to pay any related return or re-delivery costs incurred, these will be paid by the buyer.

This does not effect your rights under the sale of goods act 1979 (distance selling regulations)
