Frequently Asked Questions

Q) How quickly will I get my order?

We now offer free standard delivery for UK customers.

Standard postage and packing (Free*). We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt (Monday to Thursdays only). Delivery usually takes 1 -3 days** from despatch.

* Cost is per order regardless of the numbers of items ordered.
** Please note these times are not guaranteed. We cannot re-send goods until 10 working days have passed from the date of despatch.

Q) Can I order form outside the UK?

Yes, we now post items internationally for a cost of £7.95!

Q) Do you combine shipping?

Yes when you buy multiple items from Foot Shop Ltd we will add any additional items with no additional postage charges for standard delivery.

Q) What if the products I order do not fit or I decide that I do not like them?

We sell footwear based on UK sizes supplied by our suppliers. Please be aware that European sizes vary between suppliers and the sizes marked on the soles of the shoes don’t always reflect the actual size of the shoe. Always try on items before sending items for return or exchange due to incorrect sizing.

Remember - everything you buy from us can be returned for a refund or exchange. This means if you are not 100% satisfied with any product, for any reason, within seven days, you can return it to us, unworn, for an immediate exchange or refund of the purchase price. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. We do ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you.

Q) How do I return Goods back to you?

Return via Royal Mail Standard Delivery – this is usually the cheapest way to return goods (unless they are very large or you are returning more than one item). This option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to purchase stamps to cover the cost of the return. We always suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage just in case the parcel goes astray.

Q) How do I contact you?

Here at Foot Shop Ltd we pride ourselves on the personal service we offer our customers. Just because you are ordering from a website it doesn’t mean you can’t talk to someone about our products or ask for help.

Q) Do I have to pay postage on goods I return?

We do ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you.

If we were to offer a free returns service we would have to recoup this cost, either by increasing the price of our products or by increasing our postage and packing cost on outgoing orders. We would prefer not to do this as less than 15% of customers have to return goods to us.

Q) I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

Here at Foot Shop Ltd we aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt (Monday to Thursday only) and our standard UK delivery option is Royal Mail 1st class. Delivery via this service usually takes 1-3 days, however from time to time due to delays in the postal service, delivery can take longer. Unfortunately we cannot assume a parcel is lost in the post until 10 working days have passed after it was despatched.

If your parcel was despatched and 10 working days have not yet passed, it may be worth you checking with your local Post Office to check that they are not holding your parcel for you – from time to time we do find that they have forgotten to put a card through the door to inform you that they have tried to deliver or the card has got lost.

Once 10 working days have passed from the despatch date, if you have still not received your goods please email us at ebaysales@footshopltd.co.uk and we will arrange for the goods to be re-sent if possible.

Q) You’ve sent me the wrong item, what should I do?

If we have sent you the wrong item by mistake, please email us at ebaysales@footshopltd.co.uk and send the item back to us. When we receive the item we will refund you your postage cost so therefore there is no cost to yourself. Please ensure that you include either your order number or name and address within the email along with details of the item you have received. We will also arrange for the correct item to be re-sent for you.

Q) The goods I have received are faulty or damaged, what should I do?

If the goods we have sent you are faulty or damaged, please email us at ebaysales@footshopltd.co.uk and send the item back to us. When we receive the item we will refund you your postage cost so therefore there is no cost to yourself. Please ensure that you include either your order number or name and address within the e-mail along with details of the damage or fault.
We will also arrange for the replacement item to be re-sent for you.

Q) Why do we supply all Funky Little Feet shoes a half size above the listed UK size?

We always send a half size above the UK listed size because from our many years experience with selling children’s footwear we found that the half sizes have a better fit than the smaller size. This also deals with the US conversion because many of the Funky Little Feet items are made in the USA and convert to a UK half size. However this is not reflected in the actual size of the shoes because in reality they are neither a whole or half size (more like a quarter). This is why we always supply the larger in half sizes to compensate for this.
