Hello Ladies & Gents ~ Our ebay shop has been so popular we

thought we should answer some of your most frequent questions.

Q. How quickly can I get my order?

A. We post 4-6 days per week, so postie willing it should be no later than 3 days after your

cleared payment. We also send you a message to let you know we have despatched your goods.

Q.  I can't find an item in my preferred size/colour, should I buy the same

in a different size/colour and ask for the item I really want?

A. NO, this only leads to disappointment & we still have to pay Ebay fees

on incorrectly purchased items.

Some sizes sell more quickly than others, and EVERYTHING we have available is listed in

our Ebay shop, so even if the listing shows more sizes available, if you can't see your

choice in our Ebay shop then I'm sorry we're sold out.

Q. Is it possible to get or restock my preferred size/colour?

A. Please mail us and we will always try our best for you.

As new stock arrives, all items are first listed in our Ebay shop so EVERYTHING we have

available is listed in convenient size order for you.

Q. Can I have the measurements of this item?

A. We measure every garment as it comes in. Just take a look at the bottom of the listing

and you'll see a comprehensive size table there. If any further measurements are required,

please do not hesitate to ask.

Q. I'm not sure which size to choose, what would you recommend?

A. Not only do we measure every garment but we try them on ourselves to ensure they

are a comfortable fit. This way we can accurately size garments between sizes 12 and 24.

So, if you are between these sizes you can buy your normal size with confidence. We have

to rely on measurement for larger sizes, but we will always list accurate measurements

and the stretch qualities of the fabric to help with your decision.
