RETURNS POLICY

fashion*2*passion accepts refunds within 7 days of reciept of item or 14 days from purchase date, whichever is the longest.  Do please contact first to confirm and obtain a returns address.  items must be in original condition and include original packaging in cases of damage in transit. buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and safe return of items.  please note returns are not accepted after the timescale outlined above.  exchanges and refunds are processed on return of items and refunds are paid back in the method paid for to our business less postage costs.  do please contact us with any queries or concerned as we are always happy to help.

the only exceptions to this return policy are on earrings and belly piercings, this is for health and hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable. 

DELIVERIES

all items are sent either by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class (uninsured) or by recorded delivery.  This will be stated on your invoice.  in the case of international buyers airmail or international sign for will be used.  if you wish to up-grade a delivery option, ie 2nd to 1st class or recorded, do please contact us and we will amend the extra cost to your invoice of your prefered delivery method.  we aim to dispatch your order out as soon as payment is recieved 1-2 business days, however do allow for weekends and bank holidays where this is not possible.  Dispatch emails are always sent to confirm to you that your item has been sent.  proof of posting is obtained on every item sent as well as trackable delivery.  All reciepts are kept and in the event of item being lost by royal mail, we can supply you copies of all paperwork.  Returns address are put on all packages so if royal mail are unable to deliver, they will be returned back to us.  we do offer discounts on multiple purchases, details of this are on all listing pages.  if you wish to take advantage of postage discounts, please purchase as normal but either contact us for final invoice or wait untill we have sent a combined invoice over to you.  Items bought and paid for separately will be sent seperately and therefore would not be elegiable for postal discount, only items sent in one package are valid for a postal discount, do please contact for shipping quotes or any queries relating to deliveries and dispatch.

all our photos are take to the highest standard possible, however due to lighting or your browser settings colours may appear slightly different.  the majority of photos are true to colours and listing will also state colours.
