are a 100% web marketing company and have no customer sales counter
on the premises.

Payment
•Please
note: We accept paypal only.
•All payments should be made within 7 days of auction ending.

Shipping
• We try to
offer a speedy service and items will generally be dispatched with 48
hours of payment clearing.
• Orders usually ship Monday through Friday. Sorry, but we do not ship
weekends and holidays. Worldwide delivery time is 7 to 14 days. International
orders may be subject to search by local customs authorities which can
delay delivery by several weeks.
•Please make sure the "Ship To" address that you have on file
with Pay Pal or with Ebay is correct, we will use this address when shipping
your items. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
•Please understand that shipping and handling rates charged for your items
are not just the postal fees, but handling, processing, and packaging
of your items as well. Please do not bid if you do not agree with our
shipping and Handling fees.
•We can combine all of your items within a 7 day period. You just simply
wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from
the most recent Email that you received from us, or by clicking on any
of the PAY NOW buttons located in your won/closed auctions. Remember,
we are not able to combine any additional auction once you have completed
the checkout, so ensure that all of your won items are on your invoice.
*Mandatory
insurance
To
provide compensation for items lost by the Royal Mail, particularly international
airmails, we have introduced a mandatory insurance for all international
airmails and any UK delivery over 36.00 GBP.
The
insurance for the UK is in the form of Recorded Delivery (insured for
36.00 GBP) or special Delivery (insured for 500.00 GBP). For over seas
mail we use Royal Mail Signed for or Royal Mail Airsure.
* Returns & Exchanges
A full
refund less postage costs will be provided as long as:

You
have informed us via email or phone within 48 hours of receipt that
you wish to return the items.

The
goods are returned within 7 days of receipt.

All
items are returned in their original condition with the original paperwork
enclosed.

Goods
returned after 7
days for refund or without prior written notice will be subject to
a 20% restocking charge.
(Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings are non-returnable.)
Anything
returned should be well packed and in its original condition. We will
not exchange or refund any opened packets or items damaged in transit
back to us.
If
ordering different items in exchange for the items you are returning,
please add postage on top to cover shipping cost. We are not responsible
for postage on returned items.

Damaged
or Faulty Items
If you
receive a damaged or faulty item then a replacement or refund will be
offered once we have received the item back at our office providing:
- You have
informed us via email or phone within 48 hours of receipt;
- The goods
are returned within 7 days of receipt;
- The original
paperwork is enclosed.
* Cancellation
of Orders
To
cancel an order that you have placed, you must inform us either by phone
or email before 3pm on the same day. Orders cannot be cancelled after
this time. Cancellation will automatically incur a 10% service charge
for restocking and reallocation of goods.
