Q: Where is my item? It has been over 10 days since I placed my order?
A: Most items are posted within 24hrs of purchase. Please check with your neighbours and you local Royal Mail delivery office. If an attempted delivery has been made, tracking information will be available. If an attempt has not yet been made then no tracking information will be available. If the item has been posted using Parcel Force Worldwide please check your e-mails for the auto tracking information supplied by Parcel Force at time of despatch. This information will allow a full tracking breakdown of the item.

Q: The 7 day return period has passed can I still return my item?
A: We operate a stringent returns policy and therefore cannot accept returns after this time period has elapsed. For further details please see or Terms & Conditions.

Q: I have returned my item, but you still have not refunded me, why?
A: Items returned to Fabfancydress.com should be sent back with all customer information enclosed so we can associate the correct customer record to the item being returned. Failure to enclose this information will result in a processing delay. Please also ensure the items are returned to us via a recorded postage method as any items that go missing we will not be held responsible for. It is up to you the customer to claim from the returning mail company used if we do not receive the item back.

Q: Can I Purchase Multiples of the same Item in different sizes to try them on and send the items that are not required back?
A: We do not recommend this because return postage charges will not be refunded. We do endeavour to put the relevant sizing information that relates to the costume within our descriptions, therefore eliminating the need to purchase multiples.

Q: The size I have ordered does not seem to be correct to the size stated in the description why?
A: Every manufacturer has their own size guides that they manufacture the costumes to. These guides vary between each manufacturer therefore you may be a size 8-10 but the manufacturers size guide may say it’s a size 10 but maybe slightly bigger or smaller. We supply the sizes to the relevant costumes that are obtained from the associated costume manufacturer.

Q: The product you have supplied does not look exactly the same as the picture?

A: All images are for illustration purposes only. All manufacturers reserve the right to change or amend products & pictures without prior notice. We endeavour to keep our product pictures accurate & up to date. Most product pictures are supplied by the manufacturers which we are required to use.
