We pride ourselves in the “tried and tested” products we supply should you have a problem with an item please email us as we are here to help and assist and fix any genuine problems you may have with the item. If your unhappy please don’t just leave negative feedback as this never solves the problem and certainly doesn’t go helping our eBay community relationship with you.
RETURNS
If you contact us within 7 days of receipt and we cannot rectify the fault / replace then we will offer you a refund on your purchase where necessary if there’s a genuine fault. Goods will need to be returned and please note damaged, worn, used or incomplete electrical goods are excluded.
If you should receive goods not use them and change your mind. If you wish you can return them with 7 days but please note due to costs these returns with be subject to a shipping and handling fee of 25%.
FRAUD / ABUSE
Fraud or abuse / threats will not be tolerated and any such actions will result in being reported to both ebay and the police authorities. We use the latest ssl encryption when process payments and 3rd man checking results to check payments sent to us and if we are suspicious about the validity of a payment we receive we reserve our right to cancel the order. If your paying via paypal please try to ensure your account is in good standing and your shipping address is confirmed otherwise delays may be incurred as we can only ship to a confirmed address especially on more expensive goods.
