What are the options for payment for my order?

For payment we accept paypal, credit / debit cards (email us to use this method) or you can send a cheque in the post.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The majority of our items are shipped from stock and will arrive with you by royal mail or courier in around 2-3 working days typically. Please allow 5 days before contacting us to the whereabouts of your item if it hasn’t arrived. Occasionally couriers are used for larger heavier items.

Will my order be safely packed?

Yes we always pack items well usually in bubble jiffy bags so they arrive to you in the best condition. Or larger heavier items are shipped in boxes.

What about insurance for my item?

Insurance is only included with more expensive purchases where indicated. In most cases we offer a standard delivery service (say 1st class for example) The we offer an upgraded insured recorded delivery service for you to pay the extra for if you require it. (Say 1st class recorded delivery or special).


Note: If you item is lost / missing and insurance option has not being taken out we will not be help responsible for the replacement / recovery of the missing item. We will only do this if the optional recorded/ insured option has been taken.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes indeed we can ship to most countries international shouldn’t be a problem. Please check the listing for a price or if no info is given then simply drop us an email for a quote. Please be aware we use royal mail for international delivery and items can take 7-14 business days to arrive typically dependant upon where they are going in the world.
