If you need to return an item please contact before sending items back.We will either exchange or refund for you.You will be responsible for any postage costs to return items to us and for the postage on any goods being sent back to you.

 

We use paypal as our preffered method of payment for ebay items.We will accept a cheque but goods will not be dispatched until payment clears.We dispatch goods within two business days and always send either recorded or special delivery which requires a signature on arrival. POSTAL STRIKES MOST ITEMS ARE CURRENTLY BEING DISPATCHED SPECIAL DELIVERY WHICH IS A TRACKABLE SERVICE.WHILST ROYAL MAIL EXPECT TO DELIVER THROUGH THE STRIKES THEY WILL NOT GUARANTEE THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE.WE TRY OUR BEST TO KEEP OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY WITH OUR SERVICE BUT PLEASE BE PATIENT WHILST STRIKES ARE ONGOING AS CIRCUMSTANCES ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
