Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Unless a Recorded Delivery Service is selected at Checkout, all orders received before 1pm will be despatched same day via First Class post. We obtain Certificate of Posting, stamped and dated receipts for all order despatches. UK Customers, please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. European customers, please allow 7-14 working days for delivery.
Q: What If I have purchased more than one item and do I need to sign for my delivery?
A: All multiple items with a total order value under £18 will be despatched in the same package. All multiple item orders with a total order value over £18 will be despatched in separate packages. You do not need to be present for your delivery unless you have selected a Recorded or Signed For Delivery Service at Checkout in which case a signature will be required.
