Unlike many sellers who wait for your payment to arrive before arranging for stock from their distributor, we have our own warehouse with available stock ready to be dispatched. This means that we could dispatch your item within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
Items are shipped to you from our Hong Kong head office via the most expedient method of shipping – we will effect shipment by one of the following postal services at our discretion to ensure the most appropriate shipping service is provided.
Types of Postal Service used:
- DHL – International Express Services
- UPS – Worldwide Express
- FedEx – International Priority
- TNT – Global Express
- Hong Kong Post – SpeedPost
The following is a guideline of typical delivery times (Unaffected by choice of Postal Service used):
- Central London : 2-3 working days
- Rest of the UK : 2-3 working days (Scottish Highlands: 5 working days)
- Europe: 3-5 working days
- Australia : 2-5 working days
IMPORTANT: Suspension of shipment to Italy. We have suspended shipping to Italy due to increased administrative costs and delays on shipments and customs clearance. Italian customers who paid for orders will be refunded in full within 24 hours.
A tracking reference number, and a link to the website where the parcel can be traced, will be emailed to you once the item is dispatched.
Shipping insurance is REQUIRED, and the rate varies from auction to auction. Please refer to the auction page for details.
