Refund/Returns Policy - If an item purchased from our shop is not required or ordered in error, and returned in perfect condition in its original packaging within 30 days, we will refund the purchase price of the item in full. We will not refund the carriage charge unless we have made an error in our supply. If we inadvertantly send you the wrong item, please notify us immediately and it will be replaced immediately at our cost and the incorrect item will be collected from you at our expense.

Cancellation Policy - At Electric-Motors-To-Go, we try hard to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. We have an UNCONDITIONAL return policy refunding the winning bid amount for items returned in its original condition. We must receive the item back in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. The carriage for this is paid by the buyer.

Delivery Policy - We aim to deliver all shop orders within 72 hours. For orders received before 1:00pm, we can usually ship out the same day and orders received after 1:00pm are shipped out the following day. We only use couriers who deliver to most UK destinations next day. Northern Scotland and any offshore destination is usually 2 days. We always try to ensure that you will receive the exact item you purchased. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before leaving a feedback. We value your patronage and your satisfaction is very important to us. Your feedback also lets us know you have received the item/s.

Privacy Policy - We do not disclose or share with any other persons or businesses, any of our customer details. All sensitive data, e.g. credit card details are shredded each day after payment has been taken. No sensitive data is kept on file.
