Postage
▪ Items under 2 kilos are sent via Royal Mail
▪ Larger items are sent by courier and will require a signature
▪ All goods are shipped within 48 hours of recieving cleared payment

▪ We accept PayPal, Cheques and Postal Orders
▪ All items to be paid for within 5 working days

Returns & Refunds
▪ Claims for short delivery must be notified within 3 days
▪ Claims in respect of faulty damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 7 days of delivery
▪ Goods must be contained and returned in the original packaging for a full refund
▪ Goods returned without fault but through buyers choice, buyer will pay return post
▪ On receipt of delivery, the refund will be made
