Our standard delivery service guarantees delivery the following day, nationwide. For same day delivery, we will charge an extra fee. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, please contact us for a quote.

To ensure that we can make the delivery on the requested date, we require at least two telephone numbers, one of which should be a mobile, to arrange a time.

We will deliver the goods to the premises, but it is the customers responsibility to move the good to their premises. Due to the weight of the packs, we would advise that there are is at least one person present to help the driver carry them in.

Fitting a solid wood floor is a specialist job and in order to get the very best results from our products, we would recommend you employ a professional.

Firstly, measure the size of the area that you wish to cover. Don’t forget to add in an extra amount for cutting losses – as a general rule we would recommend adding an extra 5%. Call or email us if you need any assistance regarding the quantities.

Collections can be made 7 day’s a week from our warehouse ( Pls bare in mind each pack of 2sq m meters is 2 meters long x 1ft wide x 4 inch deep & weighs 27 kilo’s).

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your goods, they can be returned to us within 14 days and a full refund will be arranged. All packs should be unopened and resellable. All our floors come with a 5 year manufacturer's guarantee.
