Payment: Please pay within 7 days of purchase. Goods are only despatched after payment is made. Unpaid items will be re-listed after 7 days. Bidding or buying from eShopDeals4u denotes your acceptance of our terms.
Refunds: In addition to your statutory rights, we also offer refunds if you change your mind, provided we receive the goods in the same condition with original packaging. In these circumstances we can't refund any postage, and a 10% handling fee applies. Does not apply to made-to-order items unless faulty, or lost or damaged in transit. We are unable to enter into consequential loss claims.
Damaged or faulty goods: Under the Sale of Goods Act we refund or exchange items lost or damaged in transit or if items develop faults covered under warranty (unless sold as faulty). Please return goods so we can verify the problem refund the goods, P&P and return postage.
