Delivery Schedules
We normally dispatch within 1 working day of payment clearance. However on occasion, your order may be delayed and you will be contacted to inform you of a delay within 2 working days of payment clearance. Delivery should never be more than 7-14 working days.
Stock Allocation
Stock is not allocated to your order until payment is received and cleared.
OBaby Products
OBaby Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items are normally shipped within 2 working days following payment clearance.
Kidscapes Letters/Bunting/Stickers
Kidscapes Letters are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items are normally shipped within 5 working days from the date of this dispatch notification.
TENS Machines
TENS Machines are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items are normally shipped within 5 working days from the date of this dispatch notification.
Other Larger Items (More than 1kg)
Larger Items are shipped directly from our warehouse. Items are normally shipped via Parcelforce 48 which takes 2-3 working days. You will receive an email from the courier to confirm dispatch and this will contain a consignment number which will allow you to track the delivery via the Parcelforce website.
Next Day Deliveries
If payment has cleared before midday on a working day and payment has been made for next day delivery, the order will be dispatched same day via Parcelforce 24, therefore delivery will be 1 working day for Zone 1 deliveries and 2 working days for Zone 2/3 deliveries. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and regional Bank Holidays and is not a guarantee. If the order is placed after midday, dispatch will be next working day.
Other Smaller Items (Less than 1kg)
Smaller Items are shipped directly from our warehouse. Items are normally shipped via Royal Mail Second Class or Standard Parcel which takes 3-5 working days.
If your item has not been received 5 working days following your dispatch notification email, please contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. If they have no record of the parcel please send a signed letter to us confirming that the item has not been received. This must include your name and address in the letter and will be used for insurance purposes. Upon receipt of this letter, the item will be reposted.
Please ensure that you keep all packaging from your purchase throughout the whole of your guarantee period. If your goods need to be returned for any reason, they must be returned in their original packaging.
