TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment.
We accept the following forms of payment for eBay purchases:
• Paypal
• Bank transfers/deposits. Our bank details can be obtained by calling 020 8904 1208 only after purchase is made.
• Cheques. Your goods will be dispatched only after the cheque is cleared, usually 5 days.
• Cash payments at our address.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. VAT invoice can be provided on request.
Shipping.
Our orders are shipped via Interlink, City-Link or Royal , Monday to Friday sometimes on Saturday. Royal mail First Class orders will normally take 2-3 business days to arrive. Next day delivery orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Collections in weekend or Saturday deliveries can be arranged if needed.
We ship worldwide.
Order made before 2 pm will be sent out on same working day if you have chosen Courier Delivery. For Royal Mail Delivery, items will be shipped on next working day.
Customer is responsible to provide correct postal address on eBay and paypal.
Warranty.
All items are sold with 7days money back warranty if item is not as described.
For adapters, please read output voltage and amps before buying it. We shall not be responsible for damage made by incorrect adapter bought. Output DC voltage must be equal or 1V Plus or Minus e.g. if your laptop require 19v, you can use adapter with 18v to 20v Output. Output Current Amps must be same or more.
For adapters, warranty is void if it has been improperly handled or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
This warranty does not extend to laptops that are powered by our adapters. We cannot be held responsible for the improper use of our products.
Ordering Policy.
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of your order for any reason.
We may ask for additional verifications before shipping any orders.
Items are not sold on a trial basis.
Returns Policy.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking charge. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Costs of delivery and return are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event of the Adapter found to be faulty after 14-day period you have the right to return it back to us for free replacement.
Prior to returning a products, email to our RMA Department at enext4u@yahoo.co.uk for a RMA number and complete instructions on how to ship the products back to us. Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we will be responsible for the cost of returning them to you. Customer will be responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.
Terms of Business.
The Adapters and Batteries supplied by us are [replacement for] sold for use with certain products of Laptop manufacturers, and any reference to products or trademarks of such companies is purely for the purpose of identifying the computer manufacturers with which our products [are replacement for] may be used. Our Company and this eBay shop are neither affiliated with, authorized by, licensed by, distributors for, nor related in any way to these laptop manufacturers, nor are the products offered for sale through our Website manufactured by or sold with the authorization of the manufacturers of the computers with which our adapters and batteries [are replacement for] may be used.
