| Our aim is to dispatch within 2 working days from cleared payment. Our parcels take from 3 to 5 days to be delivered. If your item took longer to arrive this is due to reasons beyond our control. Usually it is due to delays from the Royal Mail.
The P&P fee that we charge are not just for postage. It also cover packaging, handling and the wages for the person who does the packaging. We try to keep our P&P within the range that other sellers are asking for.
