TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions set out by baby-travel and apply to all purchases made from baby-travel via our ebay shop. Please read these carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please do not purchase  products from ourselves.

Missed delivery - Please note if you are not available when the couriers attempt to delivery, they will leave a card, they may attempt to redeliver, how ever if you do not respond to the card left or redelivery is not successful, they will return the goods back to us. If this occurs the buyer will be responsible for redelivery charges and  any charges occured for the return.

Wrong address- We will send to the address provided to us by paypal or to the card holders address if payment is made direct by card. If you have provided us with incorrect or incomplete address we will not be held responsible if the goods are signed for by somebody else or for any costs incured as a result. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address charges for the return and to redelivery will apply.

Cancellation and returns-  The return of goods will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt if the goods are unused in it original packaging and condition. The buyer will be responsible for the return of the goods or we can collect at a fee. We would refund the buyer minus p&p charges and any fees we have ocured (eg paypal/ ebay fees)

Our right to cancel- The products are sold in our shrowroom , website and our ebay shop therfore due to ebay new changes we are unable to end any listings, in the event you purchase something that may have sold out, We will inform you and return any payment made in full.

Guarantee- All items come with guarantee from 6 months - 12 months depending on the manufactuer and item purchased. We will repair or replace any products displaying a manufactuering fault within the warrenty after a inspection has been carried out. The buyer will need to return the product to be sent for inspection, repair or exchange.

Please note  accidental damage or damage caused by minus of the product is not covered by the guarantee and charges for shipping and repair will occur. The charges will vary depending on the fault.

Shipping- Delivery charges are for uk mailand only for scottish highland or Republic or Northern Ireland please ask about shipping charges before buying. Please note we do not currently ship outside the uk.
