If you wish to return items for a refund, first contact us via e-mail at ebay@divineaudio.co.uk within two days of receipt. Then return the items in their original condition to the returns address below. We will refund the value of the returned items less delivery costs, providing the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. Returned items must be received within 14 days. Always retain your proof of posting. Divine Audio will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to the company.
