On receipt of cleared payment we always aim to despatch immediately. This will exclude Bank Holidays. We are only too happy to combine the postal charges should you wish to purchase multiple items from us so please contact us first for the discount or wait for our invoice. If orders are returned to us, because of failure by the buyer to collect from the Post Office or Courier, then a further postage fee will be needed before the order is sent again.

All items that we have listed for sale are in stock for immediate despatch. We like our products to get to you in exactly the same condition that they leave us, so we ensure this by packaging them securely. If your order has not been received within 15 days of our confirmation of dispatch message, then please email us. Please check first with your local Post Office to see if they have tried to deliver and it is waiting for you to collect.
