Please let me know within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return an item either by email, phone or ebay messages.  I will email a returns form to you within 24 hours which should be completed and returned with the item.  If you have not heard from me within 24 hours please telephone me.

* Mis-described, damaged, or faulty items -  a full refund, including return postage, will be given, following the return and inspection of a mis-described, damaged or faulty item.  The item must be returned in the condition it was received in, together with the original packaging.  This does not apply to any faults stated in the item description, or any known inherent faults.

* If you change your mind about an item, please return it within 3 working days of you receiving the emailed returns form.  The item must be returned to me in the condition it was received in and in the original unopened packaging.  Costs of returning the item will not be refunded. 

For your protection all returned goods must be sent requiring a signature from me to confirm receipt, as title for ownership shall remain with the buyer until such time as I sign for the return.  Once the returned items have been received I shall initiate the refund or replacement which can take up to 3 working days however this is usually done on the day of receipt.  All items are subject to inspection before a refund/replacement is issued.
