By winning an “Auction” or “Buy it now” item you agree to the cost of the item plus the postage and packing costs as stated and also to Crafty Charms standard terms and conditions of sale, please see details below:
In these terms and conditions (unless the context otherwise requires) the “buyer” means the person, firm or company with whom the contract is made and the “company” means Crafty Charms
Should the Buyer wish to cancel an item after despatch, the Company must be informed in writing, either by letter, email or the EBay messaging centre within 7 days. Should the Company agree to the order cancellation, then the item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the notification received by letter, email or through the EBay messaging centre, and must be received in its original condition. The Company will not refund the postage charge or the cost of returning the item to the Company and reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 30% to cover administration charges. Should this 30% charge be less than £2, and then £2 will be charged.
The Company will aim to process and despatch your order within 2 working days of payment. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail or Courier services. The Company cannot be held responsible for orders once they have left the premises, and whilst every effort will be made to ensure prompt delivery, the Company is bound by the regulations of Royal Mail or the courier and as such cannot always reship items immediately.
All our products are sold with 14 day return to base money back guarantee this covers the original cost of the item/items not including any postage / shipping costs. If a return is accepted the customer must return the goods to the Company at their own cost, and this cost will not be refunded by the company.
The buyer must return the goods to the company at their own cost, if the return is accepted, and the cost of return carriage is not refundable. The Company is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages or claims. Should a customer return an item to us as faulty and it is found to be in good order, they will be expected to pay another carriage charge for us to return the item / items to them. In certain circumstances, Crafty Charms may offer to refund the item less carriage charge and a 20% restocking fee. Should this 20% charge be less than £2, and then £2 will be charged.
Due to Royal Mail Regulations, We require, 15 Working days from date of posting for delivery of items sent normal 1st Class post. We cannot send a replacement item until 15 Working Days after the post date if the item has not been delivered. All re-deliveries will be sent 1st Class Recorded. If you require the item sooner, or wish for it to be guaranteed next day delivery you can contact a staff member who will arrange a different delivery method for you. Items sent 1st Class Recorded delivery can be re-delivered 7 Working days after the original post date, you can upgrade to Recorded delivery at the checkout by selecting Recorded Delivery, this costs an additional £0.70 to the postage.
