 | A: I am proud to offer a "no-quibble" guarantee on all my products. You must contact me prior to returning an item and the return must be within 14 days to comply with the "distance selling regulations". I will refund the cost of the item (minus p & p/shipping) which will be actioned on receipt via original payment method. |

 | A: Of course! You pay the first/most expensive p & p/shipping charge, then all successive items are charged at just half the advertised p & p/shipping price! Ordering a lot?.....Then just e mail me for a special deal.... |

 | A: I almost always post your order the same day as payment is received but please note that items paid for from friday p.m onwards are not usually despatched until monday morning. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Yes, I do but you must follow all customs restrictions for your country (i.e: Germany) otherwise your order will be cancelled and your monies refunded. |

 | A: I accept pay-pal (credit and debit cards through pay-pal too!) I also accept uncrossed postal orders (£ sterling only) made out to Marisha Allen. I do not accept personal cheques, bank transfers or international money orders. |

 | Q: What am I paying for when it says p & p/shipping? |

 | A: Postage and packaging costs are not only the postal costs but...cost of jiffy bags, bubble wrap, tissue paper, address labels plus my time to package up your parcel safely and send it off to you! I try to keep my postage costs to a minimum as I don't believe in profiting from them.....I always do postal discounts for multiple items and large orders |
 | Q: The system is asking for immediate payment but i want to take advantage of the combined postage/shipping discounts.....What do I do? |

 | A: All buy it now items in my shop are immediate payment required as I got so cheesed off with non-payers!.....To get combined postage/shipping discounts, you do need to go all the way through and pay for each item seperately, then I will refund you all excess payments made......Sorry for any inconvenience to all honest buyers! |
 | Q: What do I do if my item does not arrive? |

 | A: Due to Royal Mail changing their policies for ebay business claims, I can no longer be responsible for items lost in the post. I will provide a copy of my certificate of posting so that you can claim as an individual as it is easier for you this way. |
