| A:Shipping is specified in the description. The amounts (unless specified for large/heavy items and collections) are on our general rates tarrif. A link to this can be found on each description. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Shipping will be combined for items in a seven day period provided only one payment is made. If you intend to make further purchases, email me. When other purchases are made in the seven day period a revised new invoice will be sent. If payment is made on a previous invoice, shipping will not be combined. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We endeavor to post all purchases within seven days. Majority are sent within three days. Only registered/ signed for post can be tracked within the United Kingdom only. |
