POSTAGE INFORMATION
We use Couriers to deliver our products throughout the UK. They offer a '2 day' and a 'next business day' service to most parts of the UK, although more remote and Island locations can take up to 5 days.
Deliveries can be made anytime during the day up until 6pm.
If you require delivery to Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man etc then please remember that postage fees are more expensive that standard UK Mainland prices.
We can ship to the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Isles but postage costs are higher. Please call us prior to bidding to discuss pricing.
GET IT FAST
We try and dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 days of receipt of payment. If however you you would like it 'next working day' then please ask for our 'Get it Fast' service. As long as you have paid for your item before 2PM we will be able to deliver next working day.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
If purchasing multiple items then a postage discount is provided. See item description for specifics.
IMPORTANT
It is very important that you check items on receipt before signing for them and mark any damage on the delivery note. We cannot accept claims for damage if the courier obtains a clean signature for the goods. We must be notified of the situation within 2 days of your receipt or we will not be able to claim from the couriers and no compensation is then offered.
Our couriers will make an attempt to deliver your item and if no one is available to sign for them they will hold the item at the depot for up to 5 working days. After 5 working days they will return the item to us at cost (i.e. another postage fee). This postal fee will be passed onto customers. Please note that the courier doesn't always leave a card. However we do email customers that have missed their delivery so we ask our customers to check their email regularly (including spam folders) so they will know details of their parcel. After a second attempted delivery couriers will charge for further attempts. Customers can always contact the courier to pick the item up at their local branch.
