| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:we are happy to return for exchange, as long as we are notified, with reasons, within 7 days of receiving the item. we must receive the item back here within a further 7 days. we only accept returns of faulty or incorrectly listed goods. goods must be in the condition they were sent in & unworn. please e mail us before returning any items. |

| A:yes - we LOVE combine shipping! because we sell such a wide range of items and to ALL over the world please just drop us a e mail and we'll reply with the best combined price we can offer. as a general guide - usually each item after the 1st is around half price. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:we are a business and are open monday - friday 10-5 so this restricts our posting time slightly! we try to get items out the 1st business day after its paid for, but during busy periods this can sometimes be more like 2-3 days. all i can promise is that we go as fast as we can! |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:uk items are sent 1st recorded delivery and costs £3. please let us know if you'd like any further insurence or priority handeling before paying for your item. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:oh YES we do. and we just love to send items all oer the place. postage to europe is £4, £5 to australia and £6 to the united states, canada or japan and anywhere else you'd like your items sent! if you'd like insurence or priority postage please let us know before paying so we can look into it for you! |
