All items must be paid within 4 days of winning bid.
Last postage for items sold end of November will be sat 5th December as I am away on holiday from the 6th December so no items will be posted until after Xmas if payment has not been received and cleared by 5th December 2009.

Many of our dresses are one off sizes, avoid disappointment and make sure you bid so you don't lose out!
POSTAGE:
* P & P includes the cost of postage along with the cost of the packaging used and all our garments will be sealed in polybags.
* All items are sent via 1st class recorded delivery on the track and trace system costing between £3.95-£4.95 for UK postage dependant upon the weight of the dress.
* Overseas customers are always welcome and these items are sent via International Signed For Airmail and the cost is as follows:
Europe £8.00 - £10.00 depending on weight of dress.
USA £10.00 - 12.00 depending on weight of dress.
Australia £12.00 - £14.00 depending on weight of dress.
* We do not refund against lost items, however any item that is lost via the track and trace system will be able to make a claim against 'The Royal Mail' as items are insured against loss up to the value of £32.00
* For extra security and peace of mind you can pay an extra £2.50 to have the item posted by 'Special Next day delivery' and you are insured up to the value of £500. Please email for more details if you wish to send via this option.
EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY:
* We do not offer an exchange or refund policy, please ensure you buy the correct size and measure yourself before bidding.
* All items are thoroughly inspected before despatch and we will not offer a refund just because you do not like the item when it arrives.
* All zips are thoroughly inspected before posting, we ensure they zip up and down and are not jammed in anyway. If you try on a dress and damage the zip this is at your own cost and we will not refund for damaged dresses as we ensure the items condition before despatch. Please take care when trying them on and dont force the zip, it may be that it does not fit as you have bought the incorrect size so check the measurements before buying.
* Our dresses are all brand new with tags and sized correctly and the quality of the dresses is extremely high as they are bought direct from the suppliers.
* All items stored in a smoke free and pet free environment.
* We accept payment by Paypal, Postal Order (uncrossed) and personal cheque.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment made by E-cheque through Paypal takes up to 10 working days to clear.
