Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are made clearly available on ALL our listings and is clearly linked on our shopfront. All customers who purchase from us are fully aware of these policies and are legally bound to these terms.
Delivery Policy
- Customers receive £1 off postage for every additional item purchased in one transaction.
- We normally despatch between 3-5 working days (during office hours before 3pm) after payment has been made for the item (except for Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
- For same day delivery, orders must be made and payment successfully received by 2pm. Same day delivery means your package is packed and despatched from our warehouse on the same day using 1st class post. Valid during weekdays only. (not valid on Saturdays, Sundays and Public/Bank Holidays). Subject to Royal Mail's advertised delivery timeframe.
- In the event of a postal strike, we despatch between 5-7 days (during office hours before 3pm) after payment has been made for the item (except for Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail after your item has been despatched from our offices.
- Please email us first BEFORE leaving negative feedback if your item has not been recieved for more than 7 days after date of despatch.
- If you have changed your address, please ensure that the address stated in your ebay and paypal accounts are changed accordingly because we deliver according to the information provided to us from there.
- If you have have changed your address AFTER making a purchase, you MUST inform us on the day you make the purchase by contacting us on ebay AND leaving a note when you make payment through paypal.
- We honor all sales and post all items.
To help you better, we have a procedure for items lost in the post. You can email us about this and we will be able to make a suitable arrangement for you quickly.
Royal Mail's policy requires the item to not have been received after 15 days from day of despatch to be qualified as 'lost'.
- If you suspect that your item has been stolen from your mailbox, it is your responsibility to report it to the post office or the necessary authorities, not us. We cannot be responsible for theft outside of our premises.
- If you are concerned about items being lost in the mail, please ENQUIRE with us about the insured postage option we offer to all custoemrs BEFORE you make the purchase.
We have an optional postal insurance option at £1.00 per item, it is available on all listings.
Refund Policy
- We only provide refunds for items that have been received in a faulty condition. Our returns period is valid within 7 working days of purchase
- For a refund, please return the item to us through recorded delivery and we receive it with your ebay username and paypal details.
- You will be refunded the item price minus a (non-refundable) £1 restocking and admin fee within 3-7 days from when we receive the returned item in its original condition as originally recieved .
- You will be charged a non-refundable admin fee of £1.00
- We refund item cost only, not postage cost.
- We DO NOT offer refund OR exchanges for auctioned items.
- All customers have been advised in eBay's guidelines to please read carefully before comitting to bid.
- We check all our garments carefully to ensure that they are suitable for sale before advertising them. We have a big banner on all our listings advising and reminding customers to email us as many questions as possible BEFORE purchasing to avoid this problem.
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we reserve the right to refuse to refund.
Note that the Law in England and Wales states that all auction sales are final.
- If you recieved a faulty or incorrect item, please use the Returns Form below and return it to us within 7 days in its original condition with tags, labels and packaging intact , and we can offer you a replacement of the same item or a full refund.
- You will not be charged any additional postage fees for this as it is our mistake.

Please note that we NO LONGER accept postal orders. Please do not ask to make payment by postal order. We accept payments by paypal or call us to make payment over the phone.
- We provide a size chart in all our listings for easy reference to sizes so it is your responsibility to ensure that you order the right size. If you are in doubt, you can email us about your size preference BEFORE bidding on the item to avoid disappointment. We only send the size that is stated on your order. We cannot amend simply send you the size you desire other than the one you have bidded on because it will not be fair on other bidders who could have obtained that item instead.
- Your returned item becomes our property.
- If you return items without first informing us beforehand about the reason for return, we will not be able to account for it.
- Items that are returned that have been damaged by cigarrette smoke or smells of detergent, sweat, or has lipstick / drink / etc stains are deemed unre-sellable. If the customer demands for a refund / exchange despite this fact, we have strict procedures to:
- Notify Ebay immediately
- Notify Paypal immediately
- Issue an Unpaid Item Dispute against you if necessary
- Inform Consumer Direct and log the incident report with the reference number
- Inform West Yorkshire Trading Standards Services and log the incident report with the reference number
- We cannot refund you the cost of the item or the postage
- As in shops offline, if you damage or break something, you have to purchase it. We will return you back the damaged item because we cannot use it / sell it any longer
- We do not refund you administration charge for the garment inspection and paperwork involved
- If we are forced to end communication with you and escalate the matter, we will have to ban you from purchasing from us again
Easy Returns Feature
Please note that auction items are not available for refund, even if you use this feature. Distance Selling Regulations apply only to Buy It Now items.

According to the law in England and Wales and the Sales of Goods Act 1979, all autions sales are final, thereby upholding the reason why auction sales are not refundable.
Our returns policy has been clearly specified as any transaction that is within 7 working days of purchase.
eBay's Easy Returns service is a new feature to provide increased buyer satisfaction in eBay. The link may apepar for 35 days after your purchase but is meant to compliment the seller's terms.
The reason the link is available for 35 days is NOT because our returns period is valid for 35 days, but because different sellers in eBay have different returns policy requirements and eBay is unable to determine each and every store's policy hence, makes the feature available for the maximum length of time.
This feature is meant to compliment the seller's store terms and they both work hand in hand.
Exchange Policy
- We have an exchange policy for items already bought and received.
- You will be charged a handling fee of £1.00 (non-refundable) + (postal fee) for exchanges. This amount must be made to our paypal account before the exchange can be made.
- You need to cotnact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to qualify.
- The replacement will be sent once we receive the item in its original, undamaged condition, together with the Returns Form and payment for the exchange transaction has been made to our paypal account.
