Returns and Refunds
-The dresses which is made to measure cannot be returned for an exchange or refund;
-The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the seller via email within 24 hours of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract. If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. After this period we have the right to refuse a return.
-Items must be returned within 3 working days from the date of receipt at buyer’s expense. All items must be returned unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and unaltered with original hanging straps, tags still attached and uncut, hangers, and protective covering where applicable. Items washed, dry cleaned, or otherwise handled are not refundable. Items returned in unacceptable physical condition (e.g. torn, stained, streaked) are not refundable. Please treat the returned item with the same care in which you received it in a re-saleable condition.
-If you cannot provide us with a tracking number for the item within 3 working days, we will refuse the return.
-ANY refund incurs a 20% processing fee. The original shipping charge (minimum £7.99 for UK mainland, £14.99 for EU) on your order is not refunded.
-Payment of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please do not ship anything back to us until AFTER you have contacted us for our return shipping address and details.
