Buypower & what do they do?
A. Buypower is an independently owned
organisation who buy large quantities of products from a wide variety of
suppliers. This bulk purchase buying power enables us to pass on the very
competitive prices directly to our customers.
2. Products
Q. What product guarantees does buypower.co.uk offer?
A. All our
products are guaranteed as authentic, unused (unless specifically described
as used), & carry a manufacturers warranty against faulty workmanship. We
replace all products as follows:
a. Faulty/Damaged product - full
money back guarantee including postage
b. Customer does not like
product - money back guarantee less postage cost providing that the product
can be re-sold i.e unused & in original packaging
c. Product not as
described - in the unlikely event of the product not being as described for
any reason - full money back guarantee including postage
Q. How can I
keep abreast of new products as they become available on the website?

3. Delivery
Q. What types of delivery do
buypower.co.uk use?
A. We principally use Royal Mail first class post
(more expensive items by recorded delivery). This normally arrives within 1
to 5 days of posting. However for bulkier parcels we may use other couriers
like Parcelforce, DHL or similiar.
Q. When do buypower despatch
A. We always have every product listed in stock & we dispatch either on
the same day (if purchased before 1.00 pm or at the very latest the next
working day after payment is made. We do not dispatch Saturdays, Sundays or
Bank Holidays. If for any reason we are unable to achieve this you will be
informed by e-mail.
Q. What if my product does not arrive?
A. Please allow 6 working days (Monday - Friday only) following cleared
payment before you contact us. If you have still not received your parcel
after 6 working days then please email us at enquiries@buypower.co.uk giving
us your name, address, item (item lising number also if possible) & the date
the item was paid for.
We will get back to you within one working day. A
replacement will be provided however you may have to sign a form for a claim
to be made on the courier for non delivery.
Q. What type of
packaging do you use?
A. We use either heavily bubble wrap and
packaging paper to protect all parcells to the best possible standards.
Padded envelopes or brown paper packaging also & no package has anything on
it to suggest the sender or the contents to ensure maximum security and
piece of mind for you ...the buyer.
4. Returns
Q. Do
buypower.co.uk offer a return service if the customer is not entirely
satisfied?
A. Yes, please see Q2 above.
5. Payment
Q. What types of payment do buypower.co.uk accept
A. Our 3 click Pay
Pal Pro checkout system is by far the easiest and most secure method of
payment for all buyers. We ALSO accept most types of credit & debit card
(PLEASE PROCEED TO THE CHECK-OUT FOR THESE OPTIONS).
However we also
accept cheques & postal orders send to Buypower, Unit 4a, Morgan Lonprell
Industrial Estate, Clockmill Road, Dunston, Gateshead NE8 2QX.
Please
detail the item you require, the quantity, your name, address, telephone
number, e-mail address & cheque or postal order.
We will process the
order for you through our system & post the goods to you (when payment has
cleared)
