You may return a product you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason. You must e-mail us before returning items. I will refund your money only on receipt of the item back. You must arrange for & pay the costs of returning the products (‘recorded delivery’ recommended if you want a guaranteed return). Items that are returned must have your user ID and date of purchase info enclosed and be in New unused condition in original packaging.
