At Bike Wear Direct we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, so in the unlikely event that you wish to return your item we give you a 7 day money back guarantee.
It is very easy if you wish to return your goods for a refund using the 7 day money back guarantee. All we ask is that all items are returned by the customer to us in their original packaging and in the condition they were received. With a cover note quoting your item number, ebay id and name and full address. Please note P&P costs are non-refundable.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange:
Unfortunatley delicate items such as helmets can not be refunded or exchanged.
Damaged Item/s:
In the unlikely event that you find damage/s to your purchase, we must be informed within 7 days via email:

We will require photo/s of any damaged item. If your item/s arrive damaged, it is at our discretion to replace only the damaged part/s or to completely exchange your item/s, this is done at our expense.
In all cases we will work hard with you to ensure that you are totally satisfied with the end result and your purchase.
