When can I expect delivery of my item? 

You should allow up to 5 working days for Paypal/Postal Order and Bankers Draft payments.  You will be sent an automated email when we receive your payment and also when your item has been despatched.

Why do I have to wait 5 days when I have paid by PayPal?

Whilst we appreciate that PayPal payments are instant we need a little time to process your order.

Do you offer any kind of warranties with your items?

Unless otherwise stated in the item listing, all items are covered by UK statutory rights.

What does refurbished mean?

The item is complete with accessories and manuals, but has been subject to previous use with some of the contents requiring repair or replacement.  All items will be in a working condition equivalent to that expected of a standard resale item.  The item will be boxed and will include a remote control and manual where necessary (unless otherwise stated).

Do you offer a discount on postage if I buy more than one item?

Sorry, no.  Items won in separate auctions will be despatched separately and we cannot combine the postage.

Can I collect my item from you?    

Sorry, no.  We are unable to accommodate personal collections.

Extra postage cost for Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland?

Please contact us with your postcode details if you're not sure whether your address is in one of these areas.  We'll be able to let you know if the surcharge applies.

I've just received a Second Chance Offer.  How can I tell if it's genuine?

As a general rule we do not send Second Chance Offers.  We would advise you to check with us before you part with any money.  The offer probably isn't genuine.
