We welcome international orders from customers outside the UK but payment must be in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). We recommend payment by PayPal which will handle the currency exchange, billing you in your own currency and paying us in GBP.
International Buyers – Please Note:
- Customers outside the European Union are responsible for compliance with import regulations and any duty or import costs incurred.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- If you are unsure of import restrictions and costs please check with the Customs authorities in your country prior to bidding/buying.

AudioSpares aim to dispatch within one working day of receiving your order and cleared payment.
Postage and packaging (P&P) costs and the standard delivery service used are shown in our listings.
Multiple items can usually be combined to save you money on shipping. Most listings have discounted "Additional Item" postage rates for more than one of the same item. For orders from more than one listing please send a "Request Total" or message before payment so we can apply postage discounts, or contact us to confirm costs before purchasing. We are unable to combine purchases or discount delivery costs after payment has been made.
If the carrier is unable to deliver they may leave a card or contact you. Most carriers keep undelivered parcels for a short time to allow you to arrange redelivery or collection before returning them to us. Parcels returned to us undelivered/uncollected may incur a re-delivery charge.

Royal Mail - First Class/Airmail
United Kingdom orders sent via First Class or Recorded "Signed For" usually arrive within two working days to most UK mainland addresses. However, Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery times or provide tracking of either service and your order may take longer to be delivered. Royal Mail do not consider First Class mail to be missing or delayed until 15 working days after dispatch and will not investigate claims for late or lost mail within this time.

International orders sent via Airmail are usually delivered within approximately 5-10 working days within Europe and 10-15 working days for most other countries but can be delayed by customs clearance, additional security checks or during handling by local carriers. Airmail does not offer tracking or guaranteed delivery times. Royal Mail do not consider Airmail to be missing or delayed until 25 working days after dispatch and will not investigate claims for late or lost mail within this time.

Couriers
Some orders are sent using a courier service. Most courier services provide tracking and often offer expedited or guaranteed delivery times. Orders that are heavy, large, bulky, fragile or exceed the compensation limits for standard mail services may be sent by courier.
Please verify the delivery address and telephone number on your order and advise us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if either is missing or incorrect to prevent any delay in delivery of your order. If you are unable to inspect goods before signing please write "UNCHECKED" when signing for your parcel. Damage to the parcel should be brought to the attention of the delivery driver, noted on the delivery documents and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. In the event of a problem with delivery please contact us via e-mail as quickly as possible; our ability to track the delivery and claims for compensation for delayed, damaged or missing goods may be affected unless we are notified within 10 days of dispatch.
United Kingdom courier pricing is valid for delivery to UK mainland addresses only. Please contact us with your Post Code for a quote for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and all other non-mainland addresses.

Collections from AudioSpares are by appointment only. AudioSpares do not have payment or collection facilities at our Nottingham warehouse. Customers who prefer to collect large/heavy orders over 25KG or more than £150 may be able do so by prior arrangement.

14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
In the unlikely event of a problem with your order please notify AudioSpares via email within seven days of receipt.
If you wish to return an item please contact us via email within seven days for return instructions. Customers are expected to take reasonable care of goods and to restore them to us complete, with the original packaging and in the condition supplied within 14 days. Please verify suitability/compatibility and read the item description and Terms & Conditions before ordering.  Customers are responsible for return postage and packaging costs for returned goods unless defective or sent in error.
AudioSpares liability shall not exceed the order value or replacement value of the goods supplied.
